Frasier has returned to the building, signaling the start of the show’s reboot. The streaming platform Paramount+ has unveiled the official teaser for the upcoming resurrection of the show starring Kelsey Grammer as the title character. On October 17 (Tuesday) at 9:15/8:15c, CBS will also broadcast the first two episodes back-to-back, immediately following a massive Big Brother. The trailer shows how Frasier catches his son Freddy (Jack Cutmore-Scott) off guard when he discovers that he ostensibly has a girlfriend at his apartment. Freddy also doesn’t want to hang out with Frasier.

The 30th anniversary of the original show’s debut (September 16) and Frasier’s return are only a few weeks apart. With 37 wins (and 107 nominations), that original run has the most Emmys for a comedy series. Both Pluto TV and Paramount+ provide all 11 seasons for streaming.
